ISSUES ONLINE is a private, non-governmental, non-stock non profit group of journalist with members and correspondents worldwide. Our work is purely voluntary with the main goal to expose and investigate all Electronic Frauds and Scams, including the crimes committed on the Internet for the general awareness of the public.

OUR RIGHT TO INVESTIGATE:
While we have no power to enforce the law, we as responsible journalist has the right to expose the issues on Electronic/ Cyber crimes . The information we presented in this site are classified as Documentary and Demonstrative Evidences, and conforms with the FEDERAL RULE OF EVIDENCE ARTICLE IX, RULE 102 - Self Authentication and ARTICLE X. CONTENTS OF WRITINGS, RECORDINGS, AND PHOTOGRAPHS. DIGITAL EVIDENCES we present were based largely on web searches as previously suggested or reported by complainants of a particular issue. Our site(s) is used only as a vehicle to express the views of people involved (the complainant and the defendant), as well as present the evidences we gathered in accordance to a certain issue. The information we are gathering are available through the worldwide web which could also be accessed easily by other web users for whatever their purpose. We are disseminating these compiled information for public awareness. We do not encourage posting of any confidential data, nor distributing them. We thoroughly review our materials prior to posting in this site. Our right to deal with this matter is explained further in DISCLAIMER AND LEGAL RIGHTS
Furthermore, by using these collected data in our site, we see to it that we comply to the U.S. PRIVACY ACT OF 1974 in our duty to protect the innocent. (Privacy Law may vary in other countries).
We will not be responsible for misrepresentation or misuse of the data contained herein by any third party, other than what we intend for these to be valid evidences in our investigation.
We see to it that all our views are fair and balanced, and applicable to all.
